Refund policy

At Aarvii Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged during transit. To claim a replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage visible in the product. Without an unboxing video, return or replacement requests cannot be accepted.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us through phone or email. Requests made after 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Only replacement of the same product will be provided, subject to stock availability. Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as dislike of design, colour difference, personal preference, or change of mind.

Customers are responsible for sending the damaged product back to our address. Pickup service is not available.

Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences and will not be considered as defects.
